What are the warranty conditions for Observ devices?
In the US market, all Observ devices include a comprehensive two-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty begins from the date of original purchase and requires proof of purchase and the device serial number for service. Extended warranty options are available through your dealer.
What iPad models work best with the Observ?
We recommend using an iPad Pro for the optimal experience, as these models feature the best cameras and can provide a larger screen if desired.
